CBD
No. CBD is non-psychoactive. The high associated with cannabis comes from THC. Our CBD oils contain less than 0.2% THC and will not produce any psychoactive effect.
Start low and go slow — typically 5–10mg once or twice a day, building up gradually over 2–4 weeks. A small dose (5–25mg) supports focus and daily balance, while a larger dose (50mg+) tends toward relaxation and sleep.
The endocannabinoid system (ECS) is your body's master biological regulator. It plays a key role in managing sleep, mood, appetite, digestion, and the nervous system. CBD works by supporting this system.
Full spectrum CBD contains all the naturally occurring cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids from the hemp plant — including trace amounts of THC (under 0.2%). Broad spectrum has the THC removed but retains the other compounds.
Yes. All of our own products are independently tested to verify potency and purity. Lab certificates are available on each product page.
Yes. CBD is legal in the UK provided it contains less than 0.2% THC and is derived from an approved industrial hemp strain. All products we sell comply with UK FSA Novel Food regulations.
A 10ml bottle contains approximately 200 drops. At 3–4 drops per day it will last around 6–8 weeks. At higher doses of 8–10 drops a day you'd go through it in 3–4 weeks.
Mushrooms
No. The mushrooms we stock are non-psychedelic medicinal species. They contain no psilocybin and have no psychoactive effect. They are legal, food-safe supplements.
Lion's Mane is widely used for cognitive support — focus, memory, and mental clarity. It's a popular choice for studying, creative work, and general mental sharpness.
Reishi is known as the mushroom of immortality in traditional Chinese medicine. It's primarily used as an adaptogen for stress resilience, immune support, and promoting restful sleep.
Yes — many customers combine them. CBD and functional mushrooms work through different pathways and are complementary. If you're on medication we'd recommend checking with your GP first.
Orders & delivery
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. Tracked 1st class delivery usually arrives within 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day.
Currently we only ship within the UK.
We accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of receipt. If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at onlygreenbristol@gmail.com and we'll sort it out straight away.
Yes, if you've chosen tracked delivery you'll receive an email with your tracking number once dispatched. Standard delivery orders receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Our own CannaIbiza CBD oil is grown on our organic farm in Ibiza. We oversee the entire process from seed to shelf.
Yes. Alongside our own products we stock Bristol CBD, Bristol Fungarium, The Shroom Shop, Four Twentea, Amma Life, Professor Herb, Little Rick, and GoodRays — all chosen for quality and transparency.
The majority of our products are vegan-friendly. Our own CBD oils use organic MCT coconut oil as a carrier and contain no animal products.
Yes. We stock organic hemp blends, CBD vape cartridges, and Professor Herb's dry herb vaporiser for people looking to quit smoking or vaping nicotine and skunk.
